State of the Drama Nation "Oh What a Knight!" Part II is Attached to the Bottom of the Original Post
OK....I don't want to beat a dead horse here. I've spent enough time telling you everything that is wrong. With every show, there is a moment that one has to decide is "rock bottom." We'll go ahead and assume that we've hit rock bottom, and now, it's time climb back in leaps and bounds.
I have a large amount of material to cover here that is instructional in nature. If you wish to improve, and of course, everyone should, in this post, I will make it clear to you what I think you need to do. I'll categorize to make skimming easier, even though I wish you would read every word of this.
Before I begin, I would like to make you understand that the rapid fire run through the play was the most enjoyable run we've had. Why? No, it wasn't because it was fast. It was because it had energy, and you acted like you were having fun doing it. That is not even REMOTELY close to true in the actual rehearsals.
ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION
1. I have to make some cuts, starting with lines. I have estimated, not on how we're currently performing, but on how I think it should go. The first half of the show is estimated to be 75 minutes. The second half is 60 minutes. That's a grand total of 10-15 that must go away some how, some way. I will tell you tomorrow what I will be cutting. NOTE: the cuts will not be based on how you're performing; it will be based on what I, the writer, think can be deleted.
2. Tallon is with us for the entire week. That's awesome news, particularly if you have a third period class that has some flexibility. In short, we need to utilize Tallon this week. Please post your requests. He does visit this site.
3. The CORDLESS MICROPHONES ARE WORKING! Thanks to Travis, Aaron Lucas, Morgan, Jason, and it's quite possibly someone else, we determined that the problem was a faulty power source. We really should have four functional microphones for tomorrow.
4. The band stayed and played for awhile and corrected some songs. They'll be practicing during fourth period this week. Get used to that. Perhaps I'll supply them with some headphones. I can't wait until Tallon reads that statement.
ACTING (By Character)
Again, there are way too many of you to define in great detail, and most of my comments would be repetitive, so here are some quick comments on everyone.
1. You're not loud enough.
2. You're not enunciating well enough.
3. You need to MAINTAIN a character throughout the play.
4. YOU MUST KNOW YOUR LINES BETTER. You can't act when you're fishing for lines.
5. You need to be faster between lines.
FALSTAFF--What can I say that I haven't already said? Can I define the character better? Can I explain it any better? What can I do Jacob? Can I give you a person to model your behavior after? I haven't done that. I don't really feel like I need to do that. We know that you can do the part. You need to do it. Do you want me to demonstrate a scene? You've come a long way; you really have. You still have about 50% more to go. We need a much smaller pair of shorts, and someone needs to embellish his vines.....and his lines.....
PISTOL/NYM--When Kevin actually is acting, he's fine. He's just napping way too much in the show. Tyler's issues are related to boredom I suspect. He seems to have known what to do for a long time. I believe a live audience will help greatly. I'm pretty certain that Tyler doesn't think his lines are as funny as an actual audience will think they are. Stay awake Kevin. You have the potential to be a really good actor. You need focus. I once told that to your oldest sister.
BARDOLPH--Chris, your pace becomes an issue for me, and at times, your lines have no tone. When you exaggerate a tone, I love that character. When you mumble or say a line with nothing in it, I consider cutting lines. It's your choice. When the Hostess agrees to marry you and puts her arm around you, you should probably reciprocate.
MASTER PAGE--I'll be brief. Your character was starting to arrive yesterday, but I might point out that yesterday was the first day in this process where 90% of your day was invested in acting. Ask me to demonstrate when necessary. I was glad that you incorporated what I was doing, but you didn't attempt to mimic me. Honestly, other than the bank and the blinder, you're finished building. You need to invest your time in acting.
MASTER FORD--It's off. It's in the ballpark, but it's not right. You really should watch the guy who played your character last time. I don't want you to mimic him, but I really need you to get the paranoid aspect of the character. You are playing him as an angry and irrational man, and I think he's borderline crazy. That's why Page says, "I think he's a nut." Again, ask for a demonstration. In fact, the more I ponder this, the more I realize that you don't do a very good job in the first couple of scenes establishing the character. You are too laid back, and you're using that strange voice that doesn't quite fit the character. Talk to me about it.
MISTRESS PAGE--Well, Mandy has the exaggerated and physical aspect of the character, and Alora has the musical and posturing aspect of the charcter in place. It's going to sound odd, but I really think you could help Alora in the acting part of this Mandy. She really hasn't spent much time rehearsing. Her energy has been exerted in the musical end of this. I believe in both of you, but I can't lie. Alora seems very unclear on cues, and her tones seem more contrived than believable. Finally, the mistresses still don't strike me as best friends (Ford/Page), not Alora and Mandy.
MISTRESS FORD--I don't feel like I've seen Lexi do this part very much. The proof of that is that there is a lot of Lexi on the stage, but not enough M. Ford. Like the previous mistresses, Brianna has a much better grip on the character, and Lexi has a better grip on the music. I would think you could assist each other just a bit on both aspects. I'm not saying you haven't; I'm just saying you could do a bit more. Mistress Ford has to take great pleasure in what she does in this play. She can't ever be indifferent.
THE PARSON--Well....there were moments yesterday, but there are still scenes where you are not even close to that character. The last scene in the play is by far your worst. I have actually decided to revise your lines in that scene just a bit in the hopes that we can get a little better character out of you in that scene. I did see sparks yesterday. If I may, I would like to say that you have a way of resisting certain concepts. It's a passive resistance, and I don't even know whether or not you realize it. If you think about the parts of your character you like, I bet you'll realize that you do really well in the parts you like or are comfortable with. However....yeah...you get the point. You may prove me wrong.
CAIUS--Nick...this is easy....you're doing everything correctly, for the most part, in terms of tone and character. When I can't hear you or can't understand you, there's not much directing I can do. You've got it right. You just slip back into not doing it correctly. Oh...the ship has reached shore. You may stop rocking immediately. ENUNCIATE!
QUICKLYS--From my perspective, both of you are not entirely where you need to be. Eliana is clsoser in tones, lines, and speed. Ari tends to move more like the character. Either way, both of you need to try caffeine! That's a joke. What I'm really telling you is that the energy in the charcter is missing. The joy in being involved in everyone's business is missing. The "busy-body" motif is not there yet. When your lines are faster, and when your movements equal that, I'll know you're ready.
HOSTESSES--You know...the accent doesn't matter to me. Honestly, it's not necessary. That's probably why I haven't played around with it at all. It matters that you're common. It matters that you see business as the first objective. It matters that you see yourself as still having beauty and charm, when you don't! She's common, and being common means that you have a speech pattern that's different than others. You're not educated; you're "street smart." Don't be cute. Be common.
SHALLOW and SLENDER--Tom has really come a long way in this process. He has worked very hard, and honestly, he just needs to keep working hard. It boils down to enunciation and volume. You understand the character. I'm going to make some slight line adjustments in your Act III scene that I believe will help you with the part you're struggling with. I didn't forget your request.
As for Joey, I hope you feel better. I know what it's like to be sick, and I'm sure you're still working on your part. I might be stuck in a very unenviable position here Joey. If I don't see you tomorrow, I will most likely need to split your part over the two weekends. I must get someone in that part besides Mr. Bair. This is NOT a punishment in any, way, shape, or form. You were working hard and making progress. I just need a backup plan. I hope you understand that.
FENTON--The truth is that the scene that you performed during the band rehearsal was proof I don't need to worry about you getting it. Like LMAT, it's a daily thing with you. Consistency is hard to come by. However, when you want to do this the right way, you will. I am very concerned about the bar scene when you're crying. We've got to talk about that.
ANNES--Well, for a long time, all I saw was Rachael on stage, and now, it seems like all I see is Rachel on stage. For Rachael, I believe that you'll let go, be loud, and take over the stage in your scenes. Your tones are correct, and you have always known your lines. I would just like to know why I can't have that before your performance. As for Rachel, again, you need to maintain a character throughout this play. You were very good on the Anne/Fenton Act III scene, but when the song was on, you became characterless at times. At some point, you should say, "This is my last play. I should really just do it the right way."
RUGBYS--Well.....you have the right idea, and generally speaking, you're doing the part correctly. The real problem from my perspective is that you could take the character to a new avenue. Rugby has probably been around Caius for years. She has probably told him a thousand times that she doesn't know how to fight, but he's not listening. She has a familiarity and a resignation to his ways. At times, you girls look...well....how do you say this...stupified at what he says. Think of your last line in this play. It's resignation. OK?
SIMPLES--I still say this part is hard to play. Both of you are still struggling with the difference between being "simple" and being "stoned." Try treating Simple as a highly intelligent person who doesn't have the slightest idea how to express herself. If someone says that I'm simple, there are worse things. Wasn't it Lynyrd Skynyrd who said, "Be a simple kind of man. Be something you love and understand." That doesn't make you stupid or stoned. Both of you.....VOLUME!!!!!!!
SERVANTS--It looks like three boys, Cheyenne, and Jasmine and Kenisha. It doesn't look like a group of unified servants. All of you have the same job, all of you have the same crappy work to do, all of you feel the same way about everything, and all of you work together. Why doesn't it look like that on stage? You need to get together as a group and discover how to become a cohesive group.
THE DUKE--You actually had this better a month ago. It's not bad. It's just not as effective as it was. I need to talk to you tomorrow anyway. Let's make certain we do that. OK?
THE BAR WENCHES--Your actions are too predictable, and in terms of stage conventions, you should always be serving with your stage hands. I don't care about your angles since you have to serve. However, vary your actions, and seriously, just pretend you're working in a restaurant. OK?
THE KNIGHTS in the BAR--Guys, I wouldn't have given you the games if I thought you were going to become so caught up in the game that you didn't act anymore. You're still in the play. Act!!!! Oh yes, more animation and life in "Stuck in the Middle" please. Alora, go over their singing parts tomorrow please.
END OF PART I.....................................................................
Part II. Committees and Songs
Construction: Good work except for some instability issues and things I have asked for like a hook in the trunk, swords hung in the closet, etc. I still need a blinder and a hill.
Makeup: Did you give Joseph the list? I will let you do the makeup on Tuesday as long as I actually get out to buy it. I haven't heard anything on a blond wig yet, either.
Costumes: We're so close. As with all of this, my question is "How do we know what we still need?" I wish I had a master list.
Publicity: How many posters are actually out and about? How many do I still have? Are we going to remember to sell tickets tomorrow? I hope so....I have to e-mail the program back in the morning. If there are any last minute changes, this will be it.
Concessions: Wow...have we even broached this lately? I'm sure you have. Could I have an update?
Lights: Wow...Morgan....I'm sorry. I will absolutely address this with you on Monday. Have you changed those scenes in Act V? I promise...Monday evening....I'll deal with it.
Sound: Yes, Morgain.....I promise to sit with you tomorrow night to set levels. Any news on the sewing machine? By the way Nick, don't forget to fix the sound effects for me.
Props: Madeleine was overwhelmed in the second half of the show with the number of things that weren't on the list. You folks in props need to sit with Madeleine and go through that script. Does anyone know what she has fourth period?
Stage Crew: Honestly, that went remarkably well all things considered. I think we'll be OK once the regulars are there. We'll see. Otherwise, thanks for your good work on Saturday, and thanks to everyone who helped.
Art: OK...great job....but....I insist that the monster tree be painted. I'm not interested in any other ideas, and I won't hear of options. Get to it. The base of the trees needs work. Jason said you had a plan??? The pillars need finished NOW. I have some other small concerns. See me.
SONGS
HERE IS THE BOTTOM LINE ON ALL OF THESE; THE BLOCKING NEEDS MORE REHEARSAL, THE SINGER NEEDS TO BE MORE OF A CHARACTER, AND THE LYRICS NEED BETTER ENUNCIATION.
OK...the songs are listed below in order from what I think are the most ready musically, performance-wise, and Acting wise. YES, one of these could go, and to be honest, two of them are on my chopping block. Convince me not to cut them tomorrow...Oh...I'm abbreviating to keep the secrets intact.
1. "TSOH"--Other than varying your blocking and being more like the character, it's ready.
2. "SITM"--the extras and wenches need some life, and Quickly needs more character.
3. "NMW"--better, but that blocking still needs refined. Could you pretend you love each other...just a little bit?
4. "ICStR"--if the blocking were better, and I could just REMOTELY feel some semblance of pain and suffering in your character, I would move this near the top of this list. As is, it's not a mirror image, and I don't feel your pain and suffering.
5. "YNG"--ummm...hang on to your hat....we're looking at shortening this a hair.
6, "TJ"--if it was longer, I would be concerned. Maintain the lunacy of the character. He should be likable and somewhat crazy in this song.
7, "HCIR"--it just never sounds the same twice, and the blocking is a major concern. I need you to practice this blocking.
8. "BL"--the dance looks good, and the backups are good, but Jacob needs to give you more energy here. I have to hear some slight indication of Elvis here.
9. "B/F"--If Jacob lets go, this could be awesome. If Kevin just makes fun of his brother, this will be great. If either one holds back, we'll have people leaving in the first five minutes. EVERYONE MUST ENUNCIATE BETTER!
10. "WCWBF"--Sorry....if the two of you don't put some energy and character into this, I have to go so far as to admit that I'm considering cutting this song. Also, we are going to make this a faster tempo. We're hoping that will help.
11. "HMTM"--We'll take half the blame for this being here. I think we waited too long to practice this song. I think it can still be performed properly; however, if you won't look at each other and/or HOLD each other, you can consider it gone.
12. "MAS"--this is a disappointment because it should be fun, and most importantly, it fits this show so well. I'm not sure whether any of you want to do it. Maybe you want me to take it out. It bums me out, but here it is.
This is probably the last reminder, but here you go....THE SONGS TELL THE STORY. WITHOUT CLEAR LYRICS AND CHARACTER PORTRAYALS, THE SONGS ARE A DISTRACTION.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Bottom Line....we have a lot to do, and we don't have much time to do it. I feel better about it today because I had some time to consider and weigh the good things I saw on Saturday. It has to grow by leaps and bounds in the next three days though. It all starts at the top. I'll identify my other concerns and needs in class tomorrow. See you then.

I have a large amount of material to cover here that is instructional in nature. If you wish to improve, and of course, everyone should, in this post, I will make it clear to you what I think you need to do. I believe a live audience will help greatly. I'm pretty certain that Tyler doesn't think his lines are as funny as an actual audience will think they are. Stay awake Kevin. You have the potential to be a really good actor. You need focus. I once told that to your oldest sister.

Understood Mr. Bair, my energy should, and will, be at an all time high tomorrow! I am very excited about these later rehearsals, if you could not tell. :D
Should I be staying up late or checking the computer in the morning for a "Part II"?
Or, are you giving Part II tomorow?
>Morgan<
the second part will come, it will. It may be tomorrow(tonight after 12) but it will be here.I can guarantee he won't sleep until it's complete.
Also, I will try harder on acting like best buddies with Brianna.
I am hoping to be there tomorrow. At the moment, my voice is nowhere near where it should be. I have practically lost it for I am unable to speak above a certain level without hacking my head off. Physical movement is also in doubt because I do the same whenever I move in certain ways. I hate to have my part split but I am a team player so if that is whats best for this production then so be it. I'd personally hate to be in the situation where I can't get any lines out because I'm constantly coughing.
Any input on how to make the Hostess less cute and more common?
I try to think about making my speech patterns end down like and older woman's, instead of up like a teenage girl's, as you suggested earlier, but I have no doubt it gets lost when I am concentrating on other things. So...I feel like I know what to do, it's just a matter of figuring out how to do it, I suppose.
My third period is pretty flexible, by the way.
Part II won't be finished until late tonight. I would check in the morning.
MjB
Wow Mandy...good post...you are so right....
what can I say? I've been at this for a while
Should I pinch Kevin to keep him awake like we do the bar wenches? Also if it's alright, take a minute or two with you Mr. Bair, and go over a few lines I may not see the joke in.
I've actually been here so long that I commented on the first post you ever made...three years ago...
I feel so old...
Understood mr. Bair we will work on that.
Yes sir, and yes sir. Thanks Joe.
MjB
I completely see the crap consistency; must be a personality trait. :P
As for the crying scene, I had no idea what the heck that crap was yesterday. I remembered how you (Mr. Bair) instructed me to go about doing it, but it just slipped away. I need to definitely focus on that more, which is the main problem I suppose, since scene-wise I've put most of my efforts into Anne/Fenton scenes.

"It's just not as effective as it was."
Oh, I am looking forward to this chat.
Headphones? What in the world will that accomplish? That just means we'll have to turn up louder to hear ourselves. =)
Please, if anyone wants to practice something in particular, let me know ahead of time. The band has to use our time wisely this week. If I hear nothing, I will use our time for the tweener songs and you're out of luck.
Mr. Bair, I think I might come in during first period tomorrow, to perhaps discuss a few things with you. Should I sign in at the front or just stop by?
TLN
Tallon, would it be possible to go over No Matter What, Hold Me Touch Me, and I Cant Stop the Rain?
I'd like to get the blocking completely synced with the band music...although if it was even slightly synced, that'd be nice too. :P
-Daniel
Yes it would. I'll add that to my list. If you have a particular time in mind of when you want to run those, say when. I.E. 4th period, after school, 3rd period.
TLN
Maddie has Janpanese III during 4th and there is a list Mr. Bair Jess gave it to me Saturday but I forgot to give it to you its in the auditorium in the chest on stare right.
I know m&s has been a problem. I don't know about Brianna but I really need help with blocking, examples would be great.
HCIR, well, its my favorite song of the bunch and it will be better, we need to just practice over an over again, which we can do when we're not onstage.
Otherwise, characterwise I need to speak with you. It shouldn't be long but I just want to clarify things.
Thanks for telling us what we need to do, its actually not as bad as I thought it would be. :-)
Tallon,
Can I go over "Two Shots..." sometime, just to make sure I stay with the piano and work on blocking?
....and that would be anytime Sarah Strunk is there, I suppose. I am willing to practice anytime the band is.
Mr. Bair,
I am selling tickets today (though I don't know with whom I am doing so). Should I stop by your room to pick up the various necessary items (tickets an money) at the beginning of lunch? Or will it still be waiting for me from second lunch shift?
Ian
PS: I have English third period, which is not particularly flexible. Sorry. I might be able to bargain for some time to work with Tallon on WCWBF.
PPS: Am I selling tickets tomorrow? You (Brianna) weren't sure last time I asked).
Thank you Tallon, anytime during 4th period or after school is great for me. I wouldn't be able to do 3rd period.
-Daniel
Mr. Bair,
Two things:
1) I talked to Ms. Hamilton about the possibility of Nick and me coming to rehearse WCWBF during third period tomorrow. She said she didn't know and would tell us tomorrow, so we MIGHT be there.
2) I just want to reiterate that I am truly sorry that I had to leave before the scene I actually needed to work on the most. However, I think I am finally getting my bearings on this character, and intend to come to rehearsal tomorrow fully prepared to do it right.
Ian
PS: Remember, everybody: ENERGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
brianna,
i can bring in paper plates for tomorrow after school, if you would like.
Can one of the overly energetic and positive person possible help me learn to be like that for the deration of the production?
ps. I mean no offense in the overly energetic and positive part because that is ok and necessary but if I do offened you I'm sorry.
Mr. Bair,
Sorry I had to leave before I got onstage as Anne. I WILL be there tomorrow for the whole time. Dan, Rachael, and I will also finish the blocking for ICSTR tomorrow during class. Is there anything else you need specifically from me regarding my character, the dances, etc? Other than keep in character and perfect blocking.
Joe,
I can surely help you with your energy and positive levels during the play, if you'd like. I've got plenty of energy and happiness to go around lol.
Also, this is for everyone, TALK TO YOUR PARENTS ABOUT FRIDAY! Ask any of them if they can maybe maintain the stand for an hour or two that evening. If they can't, then ask if they can contribute AT LEAST a dish that can be sold. Noting too elaborate. The food's for marathon runners so I don't think they'll want cakes and fatty, greasy foods. Just simple things like yogurts, soups, bagels, ANYTHING! thank you :)
Thanks Rachel but I must forwarn you this will not be an easy task to undertake.
ps. you forgot the h in nothing by the way no offense.
Tallon, thank you for going over the songs with me, but would you mind doing it again tomorrow, or rather since it is midnight already, tonight?
I feel as if I brushed it off when it could've been far better...actually it was still horrible and that was my fault. I'm definitely just talking about "No Matter What." ICSTR & HMTM are all up to Rachel/Rachael and I and we can do on our own, but we HAVE to sync it to when you and the band play, and it still sucks, but that's 100% my fault. So if we could have another go at it tomorrow, either during 4th period or after everything, whichever works best for you, that would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting that sucker DONE.
-Daniel
Well Joe, as long as you'll be willing to try and not be mr. pessimistic than I'm more than willing to help you.
And I know I forgot the H once I read through it, I'm just too lazy to go back and correct it lol.
I'm sorry, the above post was gibberish. I'm uber tired.
ICSTR & HMTM are up to Rachel/Rachael and I blocking wise.
NMW we need to go over again because of the speed.
So just No Matter What.
-Daniel
Hi its Chris blickenstaff, sorry for the obscure name its my FFXI character name and my gmail address, just stopping by to mention that im gonna be ushering at least three nights of the show, the second thursday im not sure on but if i can be there i will be. i had already mentioned this to mandy but just making it known here.
I'll try Rachel can't garentee much but I'll try.
I think I'm playing my part with lotsa energy, but if I'm doing something wrong, let me know.
And FFXI? Gee, get a life.
Mr. Bair,
Are we keeping the part with the Hostess trying to get money from Pistol and Nym, or was it deemed unnecessary yesterday?
Thanks Chris.
MjB
1. If there is anything that needs to be done I can come in during lunch and the second half of third if needed.
2.Chey I left my stuff for consessions in the booth.
3. I still need a energy and positivity coach if anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.
mr. bair
i have the list of what make up needs to be bought with me. i will make a copy of it and give it to you tomorrow.
Kasey,
I'm shopping in the morning. Can you list it here?
MjB
Mr. Bair
I'm sorry for messing up on the HMTM verse! I do know how to sing it, I just need to remember to breathe at the right moments.
Please don't remove the song because of that.
Aaah, good luck everyone! *hugs you all through the internet* ^.^
Break a leg this weekend everyone!
Mr. Bair,
I'm sorry I ran out of rehearsal so soon after it was over and wasn't able to have that indivual talk you wanted from everyone, but if you want you can email me, or talk to me tomorrow second period.
Mr. Bair,
Will there be time to eat between 5:45 and the beginning of the show? Or should I plan to eat at home first? (I will be showing up at 5:00 to have make-up done, if that affects the answer in any way)
Thanks,
Ian
Also, to anyone that would know:
what kind of "healthy items" might I bring for Friday?
This comment has been removed by the author.
well Ian, don't bring mangos, i totally have that covered...maybe...I hope. :D
All right.
And remember:
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ian I don't really know what foods you have at your disposal but i am bringing Jello Jigglers
Mr. Bair. I will probably be without internet access for a while. I will try and slip by the library in the mornings and give the blog a look over.
Ok guys and gals, you all know that I am studying the Shallow lines, but, I want to make sure that you all know that IF I mess up and forget my line(s), you MUST think of something to cover yourself! If I pause for too long, ASSUME I won't get it and SAY SOMETHING! Don't make us all look stupid... because I will feel really bad for it if you don't say anything! So, go over your lines and make sure you have a back up line or something to say IF I mess up.
Good idea, Mitch, and if it means anything to you, I think you're doing great getting those lines down in such a short time frame.
Just a lovely reminder, BRING IN HEALTHY FOODS/SNACKS BY FRIDAY!!!
Healthy Foods/Snacks consist of-
Any type of muffins
Fruit Salad
Soup
Oatmeal or Raisin Cookies
Crackers
Juices
Ants on a log (celery, peanut butter, and raisins for those who don't know what those are lol)
Banana Chips
Trails Mix
Applesauce
Veggies
Dried or Frozen Fruit
Smoothies(possible, but don't set your heart on it. Focus on foods more)
A big salad
Breads
Muffins
Rice Cakes
Popcorn
Chips
Etc, Etc, Etc.
You get the idea.
Stay away from snacks with dairy or are way to messy to handle. Think food runners eat, not food hungry drama kids like lol.
But any of those foods I mentioned would work perfectly. Just BRING THEM IN! And pleaseee bring in some kind of baggy or plastic wrap that they can be sold in, either by bunches or individually.
ALSO, please see if your mommy or daddy are willing to help with maintaining the stand. It'll only be from about 7:30 to 10:00 and as long as there are enough volunteers then they won't have to stay the entire time. Set up will be around 7 and if you have any questions or concerns, just ask :)
Let me know if your parents are willing to help and what you'll hopefully be bringing.
Thank you!
Rachel, your mom has my moms number so she can let her know if she needs help.
Also my mom said she'd make banana muffins...delicious.
Dan-
Sorry about not running the song you requested; I didn't get to check the blog and was completely unaware of your request. We can possibly work NMW on tuesday, when we do a run of all the songs.
To everyone-
If I don't give any response or acknowledge what you've said/ asked me, please ask me in person when you see me. It's quite possible that I have no idea that you've tried to communicate with me.
