I Bring Thee Glad Tidings...AGAIN!

OK...on Tuesday, we will audition for a student produced version of "Oh Dad, Poor Dad..." The production will be held in the second week of March, and it will be an INVITATION ONLY" event. We have chosen this in lieu of the fact that this is my 20th year of producing shows at BHS. It is our heart's desire that we can invite EVERY DRAMA member, both PAST and PRESENT to the production as an impromptu reunion.
This title was obviously chosen to celebrate the one play we all read, enjoy, but can seemingly never produce. We might be adding a one-act to this evening, and it too would be one of those in which we typically can't perform with our usual crowd. That remains to be seen
This is merely a dress rehearsal for the spring production in which we hope to do even larger things. I cannot provide you with a title yet because there are way too many details to "work out" as of this moment. I will tell that it has a little of everything, including two video pieces that will accompany the opening and intermission portions of the production. There will be comedy, tragedy, and everything in between including at least one dance and possibly a couple of songs. We'll see. Details will follow.
We will be auditioning on Tuesday after school for everyone who always wanted to be a Rosepettle, a Roseabove, or a Rosie. In other words, if you're interested in the Theater of the Absurd, you've come to the right place. I'm watching the Super Bowl this evening, so don't expect me to check this site very often please. I'll do so at halftime. Go Steelers!

P.S. I must see Jacob, Cole, and Nick after school tomorrow until 4:30. This information will be posted on Facebook once the legal t's have been crossed and the i's dotted. Until them, post nothing on that subject please.
