I PROPOSE...

A late night tomorrow. I would suggest that we stay long enough to run through this show in its entirety. That would be mean that actors should stay from 3:30-7:30. Is this reasonable? Please, let me know.

Furthermore, I would like finish building tomorrow as well. Thus, I would like to stay until 8:00 and finish building. Is this reasonable? Our problem is that we need to have the stage cleared by Monday. Would you please help me with this Miss Holder?

I need to know whether or not we can do this. Please call, post, or find some way of letting me know. OK?

I just finished hooking up my computer. i hit the power button and it was on for about 2 seconds before there was a spark near the power supply and the circuit breaker blew. Now it does nothing. help?

7:54 PM
Blogger Mr. Bair said...

Matt....where was the spark? If it was at the PSU, I would have few concerns other than a dead PSU. If it was at the motherboard, ummm...well...we can talk about that some other time.

P.S. It sounds like something wasn't grounded.

As luck would have it, I have an eye exam on December 27th. Also, this is more personal, Dec 27 is the "changeover day" when I go to my Dad's house from my Mom's house. My Mom wanted an extra day, and that made my Dad mad. I think this might be because of this, but I don't know...

So it turns out there must be something wrong with the PSU.
what would happen if I were to plug a 20 pin power connecter in? I found that so far it is working just fine. The hard drive is formatting right now so thats a good sign. its at 50% in 15 minutes

how do you get the onboard sound working? is it something simple I've overlooked or something that I'll need to be shown?

7:42 PM
Blogger Mr. Bair said...

Usually, there is some software that has to be installed. If you didn't get a disc, then, try downloading it. Check the manual. It's also possible that you need to enable it, but I doubt it.

So I read "An Ideal Husband" and I loved it. It had so many great observations about men and women. Then I read "Importance of Being Earnest" and it seemed much shorter are more trivial in comparison. I can understand why Oscar Wilde didn't like it.
