Let's Call It Trivial Pursuit!

I'll ask questions, and if you can answer them, you'll win valuable prizes!

1. Has anyone finished the PowerPoint?

2. Has my producer called me like she said she would?

3. Has my producer typed the comments and posted them?

4. Are the royalties paid for "Lend Me a Tenor" and "Life of the Party?"

5. Are the lighting cues prepared for tomorrow?

6. Are we missing any costumes?

7. Did we take care of all the "loose ends" from props?

8. Which Bellboy left part of their costume on side stage on Wednesday?

9. Who washed paint brushes on Wednesday in the men's faculty bathroom and dripped paint there and down the hall?

10. Who can travel to Frederick in the morning to get the appropriate black face?

11. Is there anyone, besides me, who recognizes the fact the auditorium is a giant mess?

12. Do the Drama I's realize that the rite of passage for your first show is to scrub the stage on your hands and knees?

13. What is going on with concessions? Do I need to be concerned about that at all?

14. Does anyone know the location of all the posters for this show, except the cafeteria?

15. Does anyone know of any individual who will be attending these shows?

16. Does everyone know their lines?

17. Did you remember to bring the appropriate shoes and socks for your costume?

18. Do we know of anyone who will be available to film next week?

19. Who is doing makeup for this affair, besides Cheyenne?

20. When will see everyone's hair in the manner in which it will actually appear?

21. How much painting needs to be done, and how much help do you need in the morning?

22. Am I still expecting Marias in the morning?

23. Is there anything else anyone needs in order to perform tomorrow?

24. Will the technical folks actually manage to do this without a problem?

25. What questions am I missing?

there are posters down the ramp, gym hallway, on the doors of locker rooms, bathrooms, etc. i can come in on monday and hang more posters if you would like.

i also need to figure out who is selling tickets at the door for all performances (we need one student and one adult), and i also need 4 ushers per night. so if anyone would be able to help me out, it would be greatly apprectiated. :]

Currently, I have two posters in my moms truck that I was planning to ask my dad to put up at his work. Moyer's and Sons moving company. If that is ok with you, Mr.Bair.

I'm coming at 9 tomorrow morning to absolutely finish the painting.

It's about time.

I'm going to paint the pillar things that we taped (at least on one side), the doors, the border around the top, and anything else that might need done.

Will you be there tomorrow morning Mr. Bair?

Also, I believe that it was Wyatts bellboy hat laying on sidestage... I should have picked it up.

I know of many many individuals attending LMaT.

Mandy got her friend Stephanie to come help with makeup and hair on Thursday night.

IF YOU'RE A GIRL AND YOU HAPPEN TO SEE THIS, WEAR YOUR HAIR IN CURLERS FOR TOMORROW.

One last thing.

I believe that Jacob Reese is missing a costume for the first part. I don't think the tweed pants fit him.... I could probably get some pants for him.

Ya...phew... I'm exhausted.

Kasey I could probably help you on monday if I can find a ride and Depending if I am needed to be a stage hand for both shows I could probably be an usher for the show.

As far as sound goes Mr. Bair, I'm hoping to be able to do it successfully tomorrow(no promises) but I am going to totally organize the cues tomorrow also(after practice) so if I don't get it totally right tomorrow, I should(again no promises) by Monday. :D

The only things that I know are missing from props are a chianti bottle, a larger vanity case/ small suitcase and another coat, unless that goes with costumes...

So does anyone have an empty chiantu bottle?

I may actually have those props tomorrow...If we find them (and there is a very good chance we can), my mommy said she'll bring the bottle and case to rehersal on her way past the school around 1:00. :)

yes, you have maria's coming tomorrow at 10.

concessions will be fine, I realize it's probably too late to get a desk built and I apologize but everything else should look nifty. I will make a sign-up sheet for food tomorrow. Also I will go talk to Mrs. Sumpter on Monday if she's there and Tuesday if she's not. I will also help Kasey find ushers because I was going to do it but she's awesome and took it on herself.

yes I did bring socks...well panty hose, and a slip, and an undershirt.

Fear not....I have a great idea for your desk.

I don't think it's finished. In fact, the whole project has fallen into the hands of Brian Kough, and well, that is quite unfair to Brian. It's definitely not his responsibility.

It wasn't your responsibility either. You just kind of jumped on it. I appreciate what you did with it.

In answer to numbers 11 and 12, Yes, and yes- I just never saw an opportune time to do so with there constantly being people and things moving about on stage, as well as being pulled away by others to do various odd jobs.

2 IMPORTANT THINGS!!! number one- If I knew exactly what you needed a powerpoint of (I AM BEAST AT POWERPOINT!) I could help and promise that everything would be done quite fast (one night guarantee)...my reasoning for this is that I've done full 20 slide powerpoints in one night easily (I procrastinated on my homework alot last year)
SECOND! If my parents are kind enough to allow me, I would be more than willing to be Usher on Friday. "yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah Yeah"- Usher from the song...Yeah

Could someone tell me times for the shows on Thursday and Saturday? And if those days include Life 'O The Party, and A Marriage Proposal. I was really hoping to see them, and actually don't even know when they are, or what time. So if anyone could inform me, that would be terrific so I can take off work. Also, Joseph Richards has offered to photograph the show, depending on if he can get off of work as well.
So, if someone could let me know, and if there is any thing I could do to help in the last minute preparations, let me know.

5. I had to leave before getting the chance to edit them. I beleive I scribbled a note on the 'to do' paper in the booth, but I didn't get a chance to tell Morgan, so I can do that tomorow morning. I need to ask you something about that anyway.

12. Yes, and that is on Wednesday morning! ^^

14. There's one up at my Mom's work, if you're talking about beyond the school

15. I know a handful or people who will be attending

24. I'm confident we can.

WHAT TIME IS PRACTICE TOMOROW? I forget ><

We are scheduled to rehearse from 9:00-12:00 and 4:00-8:00. If you can't make both, that's fine. Just let me know. "Life of the Party" and "A Marriage Proposal" are rehearsing in the 12:00-3:00 window. Contact your director for further details.
