READ NOW!!!!

Thanks for everyone's help and rehearsal time today. For the record, the following policies will be enforced from now until the end of these productions:

1. No director will be permitted to leave until all of the individuals that he/she is responsible for have gone home for the evening.

2. The ONLY door that you can use to enter or exit the building is the stage door. You are FORBIDDEN to leave the school using the doors in the lobby, and you are expressly forbidden to walk through the building to get to the back parking lot. (This statement applies only to days in which school is not in sesssion for either you or me.)

3. No one may leave the auditorium without my permission or your director's permission.

In short, the system is clearly leaning towards prohibiting use of the building on days in which school is not in session. I have argued that we really need to use it. In return, I have promised to follow stringent security. I can't do that by myself.

Thanks,

MjB

And I need to know very soon, to make plans. Personally, I would like the day off--of course we might need it. Still, I'd like to just get everything done friday.

This is all news to me. The Young Life decision was to be made by individual directors. Brad has been mad at me for a week. Would someone please clarify this for me since my weekend hinges on this too.

I personally think that we'll need the day for dress rehearsal if we're going to start performing on the fourth. However, if enough people are going to be out, it might be counter-productive. It's up to the directors.

Aren't we doing dress rehearsal stuff friday? If It's my decision, then I'm not going to hold practice saturday, we've got a long week and an especially long night friday, but Ill talk to cast and producers before I make an official decision. Lets get this figured out monday, please.

Mr. Bair, could you put links to the directors' blogs on yours? I think it would be very helpful. I can never remember what Will's is.
Thanks,

Okay, EVERONE:
Having sought clarification from Mr. Bair, the policy regarding December 3 is as follows.

1. Saturday is dress rehearsal for all groups. This date was chosen a long time ago and can't be changed.

2. It is up to the individual directors whether or not Young Life kids are excused from rehearsal.

3. Stage time, as always, will be divided into three equal blocks.

That's everything. Please stop commenting on it so Bair stops yelling at us.

P.S. Will, that "Okay" was for you.

Thank you! That clears things up for me. I think I was really the only person asking about it.
