NEW SCHEDULE

Hello, Thanks again to Kelly, Rachel, Deeanna, Ryan, and Brian Kough. The signs would still be in the auditorium if it hadn't been for them. There is one remaining, which will need to be placed in front of my room tomorrow. As for the schedule, I am not going to alter your schedule for tomorrow. However, I need EVERYONE to be at rehearsal until 8:00 on Tuesday. You will perform for each other at this time, and we will practice transitions. I will be meeting with producers tomorrow to discuss these issues. You will be needed again on Wednesday, but I would really like to end that by 7:00. Afterward, I will be staying to finish anything that hasn't been covered. I will stay as long as necessary, but please, if your staying, WORK, WORK, WORK... Finally, concessions are still a major question mark. I have spoken with Mrs. Sumpter and Kaitlynn about them, and they're willing to help. Did someone volunteer to chair this? What is the news on makesup? Do I need to buy anything? Please advise. I need to make one more shopping trip. If you need something, make sure your producers have added it to my list. Do we have anyone available to film, take pictures, etc? I would love to document this moment in time, but I don't know if anyone is available. Also, if I need tapes, please add that to my list. Have the posters found a home? Has anyone contacted the Herald Mail again, even though we sent them a press release? Has anyone seen or heard promotional aspects? Is anyone, beside Ryan's giant family? Otherwise, what are your other concerns? I need to know today in order to be ready for tomorrow. Please post. MjB P.S.
